I've spent way too much money chasing supplements, hoping to feel normal again after Pantoprazole wrecked my system. It's been frustrating and discouraging and nothing seems to work. I just want to feel like myself again, but it's been a long, expensive road with no clear answers

So sorry to hear about this. I know that this can be tough and frustrating!

Many of us have been on similar journeys, searching for answers and relief.I really hope you find the solutions that help you feel better again.

Sorry buddy, hang in there, sometimes recovery takes time, and you're definitely not alone in this struggle

Yeah, I get how tiring it is to keep searching for solutions. To be honest, sticking to the basics is usually more helpful than taking tons of supplements. Think, healthy food, probiotics, B12, and maybe DGL or glutamine to help your gut, plus getting good sleep. Also, cutting back on Pantoprazole slowly could really make a difference.

Have you tried cutting back little by little, or did you quit cold turkey?

If the main problem is healing your system after a long PPI course, the simplest option is to completely ignore all the expensive supplements for now and focus purely on restoring stomach acid. Try starting with a small dose of Betaine HCl (with a meal, of course) and see if that starts to make a difference in digestion. Wrecking your system usually means low acid and poor absorption, so addressing that is step one.
