I've been looking into oxidative stress and how it relates to cognitive decline, especially with Aβ buildup in Alzheimer's. It sounds like antioxidants like astaxanthin from H. pluvialis and tocotrienols can actually get into the brain and help protect neurons. What's cool is that using both together might work even better than just one on its own since they seem to complement each other

There isn't a ton of human research yet, but some early results show there could be positive effects on memory and cognitive function. Has anyone tried these supplements together or found any new studies

That's fascinating! Combining astaxanthin and tocotrienols could be a powerful antioxidant combo for brain health, I've seen promising early studies but no solid human trials yet

It's pretty amazing how astaxanthin and tocotrienols can cross that blood-brain barrier and actually help protect our neurons. Some early studies on humans suggest that when you combine these two, they might amp up memory even more than using one on its own.

I'm really curious about them, but I haven't tried them out yet. Has anyone here given them a shot?

I've been stacking both for a few months and noticed better mental clarity, especially in the mornings. Might just be placebo, but honestly feels worth continuing.
