Finding my focus without Adderall

I've been trying to switch off Adderall and build a supplement stack that actually works. It's been a mix of trial and error, some wins, some flops. I'm curious what's worked for others dealing with ADHD and focus struggles

It was like a trial and error for me to find the right blend.
But a combination of L-tyrosine and Rhodiola Rosea has made a noticeable difference with focus and energy levels, without the jitters.
Also, really dialing in my magnesium intake helped immensely with feeling that brain fog.
All the best in figuring out what works best for you!

I've heard amazing things about L-tyrosine and Rhodiola, so yeah I'll give those a shot and pay attention to my magnesium intake, thanks

An acquaintance of mine combined creatine with omega 3 and he say it was a lifechanger. Not sure about the dosage, but I know he took them with meals which apparently helped with absorption

I'd say L-Tyrosine is a crucial supplement! Since Adderall significantly impacts dopamine, L-Tyrosine, being a precursor to dopamine, can help replenish levels and combat the flat feeling and lack of motivation that often comes with withdrawal. And yes, I understand why members here are asking a lot about Omega-3 but I'd recommend choosing one with high EPA content! These fatty acids are known to support overall brain health and may help reduce inflammation. Aside from those two, B-complex vitamin and L-Theanine are also popular and this pairing is well-known to produce a state of calm focus!

I think the key is to start with low doses and adjust based on how your body responds. It's a process of careful experimentation to find the right balance for your unique needs! Of course, it's also better to consult your doctor to consider other existing conditions and possible side effects.
